Our family enterprise has been raising and fattening ducks since 1972, to satisfy lovers of good food : foie gras, confit and other regional specialities, all in the purest farmhouse tradition. The Salgues family and their team provide a welcome on their farm and invite you to taste their foie gras, confit, smoked duck breast, rillettes, cous farcis and other cooked dishes.
