The brewery has been operational since July 2001. Ratz beer is unpasteurised. It was the passion of Christophe Ratz, the brewer, which led to him reviving the tradition of small-scale brewing in the Lot. He has successfully combined the best of his know-how and respect for this area to brew this beer, an infusion of pure malt and aromatic hops.
