Situated in the valley of the Dourmelle, a ten minute drive from Figeac,
built around a Benedictine priory rivalled Figeac for its trade. A number of vestiges of its past are still visible in the village

- Several 15th century houses
- Saint André church, Romanesque and Gothic, was transformed into a Catholic fortress during the religious wars
- Château du Roc - built on Gallo Roman foundations
