The exhibition
The exhibition gives you the opportunity to follow the life of the town over the centuries. The history of Figeac follows the events of the time and reflects on the aspect of the town.
Theme panels present the inhabitants – the monks, the authorities, the merchants and craftsmen – and the houses they had built.
Model houses and maps show in detail the evolution of the town.
A time line illustrates the 1000 years of Figeac’s history.
Admission free.
The exhibition is open :
- 10th July to 19th September - Every day from 10am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- 1st April to 9th July and 20th September to 31st October – from Tuesday to Sunday 2pm to 6pm.
- November to March – on request.
